B.Sc., Engg. (Mech)
Has over 40 years varied experience in Design, Development, Maintenance, Production and Project Engineering, covering General Engineering, Paper Chemical, Fertilizer and Steel Industries. Has a number of import substitutions to his credit. Responsible for policy formulation/suggestion all core areas like Finance, Personnel, diversification, expansion accountable for implementing such policies.
b)MR. R.S. SINGH, DIRECTOR (CO-ORD.)

B.Sc. Engg. Mech., Gold Medallist, M.Sc. in Diesel Engine Technology from U.K. Has experience in maintenance of diesel locomotives, carriage & wagons, personnel management, has done courses in Project Management, NITE Powai Bombay, Special courses in Administrative Staff College, Hyderabad; worked as Works Manager in Workshops, worked as Chief Design Engineer in DLW; Chief Motive Power Engineer looking after the maintenance of diesel locomotives, as Chief Mechanical Engineer on South Eastern Railway being incharge of maintenance of locomotives and shops undertaking scheduling & POH of locos from non-railway owners, also Carriage & Wagons in a number of Railway Workshops.

Retired after having put in 35 years of service in the Railways. He was on deputation to Institute of Technology, BHU as Project Engineer, Engg. Clinic cum Prototype Development. He took classes for final year B. Tech. Students in Engineering Economics and Industrial Engineering.
